GAS SAFETY INSPECTIONS


Concerned about the age and quality of your gas appliances and pipe work?  We can provide a safety inspection for your property!

Such inspections are proving increasingly popular with people who are moving house and want something to show prospective buyers that they have a safe environment to move into.

It can also be a very useful check before buying a property, as you will be given a report and, if required, an estimate of any potential remedial work needed to upgrade the system to a safe condition.

Landlord Safety Certificates

Gas appliances that have been supplied by the landlord in tenanted accommodation are, by law, required to be tested and certified on an annual basis.

Our Gas Safe registered engineer will safety check each gas appliance/flue and issue a safety certificate, together with any required copies for the existing or prospective tenants of the property. See the Health & Safety Executive website for more information.
